A practical property showcase

Help people picture
the place.

A real estate Wall can give each property a clear visual story: a few useful details, strong photos, a walkthrough, and one obvious next step. Use collections to group listings by area, property type, or open-house schedule.

Make the agent profile reassuring

Use a professional photo, your name, the neighborhoods or property types you work with, and a concise introduction. Add the contact and social profiles you actively maintain.

Sample bio“I help people find a home that fits the way they live. Browse my current listings, watch the walkthroughs, and contact me to arrange a viewing.”
02

Group properties into focused collections

Create collections such as “Homes in Northside,” “New this week,” or “Rental-ready spaces.” A focused collection is easier to share with someone who is looking for that specific type of property than a long, mixed list.

Collection description“A hand-picked set of homes in Northside, with current highlights, photos, walkthroughs, and links to full listing details.”
03

Build each listing from the blocks available

Use a short text block for the key facts, image blocks for property photos, a supported video embed for a walkthrough, and links for the full listing and inquiry form.

Copy-ready listing exampleText title: “The Cedar House · Northside”
Text: “[$PRICE] · 3 bedrooms · 2 bathrooms · [AREA] · [STATUS AS OF DATE]. Bright living space, a private garden, and a short walk to local shops.”
Image: Use a photo you’re authorized to publish; title it “Garden and outdoor dining area.”
Video or media embed: Add a public YouTube or Vimeo walkthrough URL.
Link: “View full listing and current availability” → [YOUR_LISTING_URL]
Link: “Request a viewing” → [YOUR_CONTACT_OR_BOOKING_URL]
04

Keep listing details current

Include when the price or status was last checked, and update or pause a listing when it is no longer available. Link to the authoritative listing page for complete details. LinksWall does not currently provide dedicated property fields, a native map, listing inventory sync, or a built-in viewing booking system; use text blocks and external links for those needs.

Publishing reminderOnly share property photos and information you’re authorized to publish. Review availability and details before sharing the Wall.
05

Give visitors one clear next step

End the collection with an inquiry form, a viewing request page, or a direct contact option. Use a clear title such as “Arrange a viewing” instead of “Click here.” Keep the main Wall as your broader agent profile and share the relevant collection with each prospective buyer or renter.

06

Choose the display order

Items appear newest first and are not automatically numbered. To display the example sequence from welcome to viewing request, create the items in reverse order: add the viewing link first and the welcome block last. If you use numbered titles, make the numbers match the final display order.

Preview the collection on mobile. Check that photos fit, video embeds load, listing titles are easy to scan, and the inquiry link is visible without hunting for it.
