A practical collection idea

Turn course videos into
a guided learning path.

A course collection gives learners one place to begin, follow lessons, and find the supporting materials. It can make a set of videos feel more like a course and less like a pile of links.

A collection organizes and presents your materials; it does not host a paid course or track learner progress.

01

Give the collection a clear outcome

Name the skill or result learners will get. “Learn watercolor: start here” sets a better expectation than “Videos” or “My links.” Add a short description that says who it is for and what to do first.

02

Put lessons in an intentional order

Start with orientation, then arrange lessons from foundational to advanced. If sequence matters, number the titles. Keep optional extras in a separate “More resources” section or at the end so they don’t interrupt the path.

03

Use the right block for each part

Embed a video when you want learners to watch on the page. Use a text block for instructions or a short lesson note. Add an image for a diagram or preview. Use destination links for downloads, worksheets, references, and tools hosted elsewhere.

04

Make the next step obvious

End with a practice task, next course, booking link, or community destination. Tell learners what to do after the last lesson so the collection supports a real journey.

05

Share the focused destination

Share the collection URL when promoting the course, rather than sending every learner to the full Wall and asking them to find the lessons. Keep your full Wall as the home for your other work and collections.
